For your convenience, we accept payments made by cash, check, ATM, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Financing Treatment

Payment plans, including zero-interest, are available through Care Credit.  You can visit their website for details and to submit your application, or we can answer your questions at the office.

Insurance

We accept many major PPO and Indemnity insurance plans and will gladly process your claim. Please contact us to check the particulars of your plan.  Always bring your insurance card or information to each visit.  

We are not a provider for any HMO insurance plans.

Insurance policies generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost.  It is your responsibility to pay any balance not paid by your insurance company.
