Do the forms look too small on your device?

iPhone (Safari): tap the "AA" icon at the left of the tab bar and increase the size.

Android (Chrome): tap the three-dot menu icon in the upper right corner,  select “Settings", then tap “Accessibility,” then adjust the “Text scaling” slider.
